Ibad-ul-Kareem

Every Sunday at 2:00pm
Facebook event link
For over two years, many Muslims have gathered to deliver food to those in need here in the city of Louisville. A Sunnah revived incurs many rewards and a Sunnah is being fulfilled each Sunday. We meet at Dino's Bakery around 2:00pm on average and pick up over 40-50 meals to deliver downtown, typically around the underpass of I-65.

Dar-al-Infaq (House of Giving)

Dar al-Infaq, as a project, is organized as a way to provide for needy families within the Louisville Muslim community and the city community in general. Dar al-Infaq collects and distributes clothing and canned goods and has a policy that no person will be turned away if we have the means and/or items needed.
See Dar-al-Infaq website for policies and inventory.

Helping Boys & Girls Haven

During the Mayor's Week of Service, brothers and sisters from various Muslim student groups, the youth club, and congregation members from different mosques converged to help the Boys & Girls Haven, which has multiple campuses serving youth up to ages 18-21 in foster care.
God willing, we plan to develop a regular volunteer program at Boys & Girls Haven.
